What happens if I change my mind after I get my ballot?

Should you apply for and receive a mail ballot, but change your mind and wish to vote in person you can still do so. However, be sure to bring the ballot with you to the polling location so the Election Judge is able to collect and cancel it.

I'm worried my vote won't be counted. How will I know?

Research actually shows that voting by mail increases participation. exhibits little to no fraud, and is secure. Your mail ballot is carefully tracked via the USPS, and your name will be published on the public voting roster list located on the Dallas County Elections website after your ballot is received.

Can someone help me complete my ballot?
