April 11 2019 -- Candidates for Dallas City Council Districts 6, 11, and 13 will speak. At this meeting PHD members will vote on endorsements in these three districts. Candidates must receive a majority to be endorsed; there will be no runoffs. To vote members must be a member of PHD for 30 days prior.
